Track your Order
To facilitate the entire shipping process and to ensure that you receive your order on time, please provide us with your full and precise mailing address, including your house number, street, landmark, city, state, and region, if applicable.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of request and shipped the day after processing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and promotional sale seasons.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This confirmation email contains a tracking link that’d allow you to track the status of your shipment.
How will I receive my order?
Your package may be delivered to you either by the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by the local post office, so the package might be delivered along with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Will there be additional charges on my order?
No, our products are tax-free.
Are products given away as gifts covered by a warranty?
No. Once given away to someone else as a gift, the initial warranty no longer covers the purchase.
What to Note When Placing Your Order
1. Select the Correct Model and Color
We want to make sure you get your items as soon as possible. So, when ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color for your item because we cannot modify your order(s). Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order has been inputted into the system.
2. Tracking Your Shipment
As the receiver, it is your responsibility to track your order, submit possible requirements to your local customs office or courier and timely receive your delivery. This is to avoid the shipment being tagged as “return to sender” or “unsuccessful delivery due to receiver’s unavailability” because these situations are ineligible for a refund or free replacement.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which might affect the estimated delivery time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately because we process and ship orders fast. And once our warehouse has processed and shipped your order, we will be unable to change or cancel it.
Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. But please be rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out asap. We know it can be frustrating to have to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products for swift delivery.
